Here is the list of the shares I bought and sold during 2019 May. I have sold my last K2A prefferd stock as i dont see it to raise any more, the dividend of aprox 6% is not enought for me to hold it for a long time. If the interest rates will raise, and they could be raising at the end of 2019 or somewhere around 2020 the K2A prerred stock i likley to drop in value.
I have started to buy Nordea share as i could not resist the big dividend. I hope they can remain to have this big dividend after the Q3 presentation. I know iam taking a risk here. But I think industrial sector is going to get it toughter in the future and the big funds could be shifting into banks again. And also Nordea is undervalued by many investment companies. The overall share price could be higher if the  Q3 rapport is not going to be to bad. ABB is going to splited out from its powercraft division and sold to Hitachi, this mean that the rest of ABB will be more concetrated and could be healtier with higher stock price as a result.

I managed to get over 3726 SEK in dividends, one of my goals is to recive minimum 500 SEK for all month of the year 2019 ( click me for goals 2019 ). In this month I transferred about 8000 Swedish kronor for stock purchase. Last month 6900 SEK went for stock purchase. An increase of 1100 SEK.

Afterwork. Looks nice but not so tasteful 😉 to much fruit and cold meat I didnt like the combo.

This is almost a weeks grocieries for 2 adults an a small baby.

The save percentage this month is around 46% last month it was around 34%. I have transferad around 2000 SEK to for stock purchase. I have around 25 000 debt, there was a stock I wanted to buy at a good price. I will writte about i later. I will need to be debt free at the end od 2019 as this is one of my goals set. I got a lot of dividends this month. This is going to be my strongest month of all the year 2019.

Blog visitors are declining this month. I was not so active I have to admit. When you have a small child there is not always enought tie for everything. When I find some time off I will writte an article or two.

This month Iam taking in our car for an big cleanup before the summer. Car is freedom but I dont like expenses from cars they are always so big.

This is my own planted chives / gräslök on Swedish, I use them with eggs in the morning 🙂

We where at my parents house on Easter Holiday.

I recived a total of 8470 SEK kr for April month.

Here is the list of the shares I bought and sold during 2019 April. A lot of small amout of buys and also some sells. I bought back Wirecard again, when it fell back. Now I am around 15% gain on Wirecard.

I made a big decision of selling my prefferd stocks, I wanted to have them as a fixed income. But I am thinking I can get the stocks at a better price in future. And also there are other stock that are more undervalued and with a better future to invest in. I recived a lot of dividends from Nordea Bank. It now have a yield of over 10%!

GARO is still going strong. The stock have risen to around 265 sek per share. I bouth them for around 150 and sold for around 170 if I remember right. I needed the money. And now I can see that if there is a stock you belive in you should not sell…

The stock market is slowing down, but overall its still fighing its way up. I have enter april and thats is going to be my strongest dividend month. Mainly because Swedish companies like to pay out in april. I am waiting for Nordea Bank dividend to fall in. Its going to be really heavy 😉

We hade som guest over from Poland. They tried our famous Swedish Kebab pizza with pommes frites. One of these monster pizza is enought for a whole day of calory intake!

After our guest left it was back to eating healthy food 🙂

I recived a total of 1730 SEK kr for March month.

Here is the list of the shares I bought and sold during 2019 March. As you can see there was a record of buy and sell operation this month. I bought 36 stock of Wirecard, I was going to be on a long position when just after a pair of weeks they skyrocket 26% so I made the decision to sell them of. 26% win profit.

Getting this much profit in just a matter of weeks made my want to try my luck in a Swingtrade of the company Clas Ohlson. I got in position and sold the same day with a small profit of 500 sek. It nothing I would recommend its risky and not my style of investing.

Last month I sold of all my Garo stocks, with a good profit. I have Garo not directly but I own them thru an investmen fund named Svolder. The stock are still moving upwards, mainly on the news that Sweden want to be petrol and diesel free country in 10/12 years.

I managed to get over 1730 SEK in dividends, one of my goals is to recive minimum 500 SEK for all month of the year 2019 ( click me for goals 2019 ). In this month I transferred about 5000 Swedish kronor for stock purchase. Last month 6455 SEK went for stock purchase. An decrease of 1455 SEK.
